The iconic classic Everest Base Camp journey begins and ends in Kathmandu with both way fly. Nestled between mountains ranges and plains, the Kathmandu city is alive with energy. Explore Sherpa villages dotted with fluttering color flags and prayer wheels become familiar with colorful Buddhist culture and Hindu traditions.

 

Spend several days adventure hiking to surrounding high villages, discovering the mystery of monastic caves and acclimatizing the body and mind to the elevation. See the fabulous Khumbu Ice Fall and its towering seracs from a short distance. From there, we start hike 18,100 feet to the summit of Kalapathar View Point for an unobstructed view of Mount Everest’s windblown summit. We return back home to tell tales of our legendary adventure journey.

                       Tentative Itinerary of Everest Base Camp

       One:  Welcome to Tribhuvan Airport Kathmandu City of vibrant where adventure begins.

 

       Two: Short mountain fly to Lukla and hike through colorful villages of Sherpas to overnight Phakding.

      Three: After hot trekking breakfast hike through fields and villages continue to Namche Bazaar.

Four: Day hike for our first views of Everest from Syanboche , then return to Namche Bazaar.

Five: Ascend to the village of Phortse Tenga through rhododendron forest continue Tengboche’s impressive monastery.

Six: Trek to Dingboche, the highest permanent Sherpa village in the Khumbu Region

Seven: Rest or day hike to remote monastic caves and views of Mount.Makalu.

Eight: Traverse high above the Pheriche Valley and ascend past the Khumbu glacier overnight Lobuje

Nine: Trek to Gorakshep and climb Kala Patar or hike to Everest Base Camp we decide there

Ten: Decent down to Phiriche after back from Kalapathar or Everest Base Camp.

Eleven: Cross Phiriche Pass down to Namche Bazar

Twelve: Leave Namche Bazaar and descend to Lukla via Phakding and final night celebration in a comfortable lodge.

Thirteen: Early Return flight from Lukla to Kathmandu, depending on the weather.

Fourteen: Reserved day in case neede due to flight cancellation or bad weather in Lukla

Fifteen: Departure home from Kathmandu. Your Everest Base Camp trek adventure ends today in Kathmandu.

Extra Activities of sightseeing tour in Kathmandu Temples can be organized easily after the trip completion
